Terms & Conditions
In short
Silvra is a technology platform for buying, selling and storing 24K digital gold and 99.9% digital silver. You must be 18+ and an Indian resident with valid KYC. Prices change constantly and investments carry market risk. Completed orders cannot be cancelled (see our Refund Policy).
1.About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Silvra Gold Silver Digital Pvt Ltd (CIN: U47733TS2025PTC207772) (“Silvra”, “we”, “us”) for the use of the Silvra mobile apps and website (the “Platform”).
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2.Who Can Use Silvra
- You are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- You are a resident of India with a valid PAN and an Indian bank account in your own name.
- You use the Platform only for yourself, not on behalf of anyone else.
3.Our Services
Through the Platform you can:
- Buy and sell digital gold and silver in small amounts at live prices
- View your holdings and transaction history
- Set up a SIP using UPI Autopay
- Request physical delivery of coins or bars against your holdings
4.Your Account
- You sign up with your mobile number (OTP) and must provide accurate, up-to-date details.
- You are responsible for keeping your phone, OTPs and app lock secure. Never share your OTP — Silvra staff will never ask for it.
- Tell us immediately at support@silvras.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One person may hold only one account.
5.KYC & Compliance
To comply with Indian anti-money-laundering laws, we may ask you to complete KYC (PAN, identity document and a selfie) before you buy above certain limits, sell or request delivery. We may limit, hold or decline transactions until KYC is complete, and may report suspicious activity to authorities as required by law.
6.Buying & Selling
- The buy and sell prices shown in the app are live and valid only for the time shown on screen.
- Your order is executed at the price you confirm. Completed orders cannot be cancelled.
- The buy price is higher than the sell price at any moment (the “spread”), so selling immediately after buying will usually result in a loss.
- Sale proceeds are paid only to your verified bank account or UPI ID in your own name.
- A tax invoice is generated for every purchase and is available in the app.
7.SIP (Systematic Investment Plan)
- A SIP buys gold or silver automatically on the schedule you choose, using a UPI Autopay mandate.
- Each instalment is bought at the live price at the time it is executed.
- You can pause or cancel a SIP at any time in the app, or revoke the mandate from your UPI app.
8.Physical Delivery
- You can convert holdings into coins or bars in the denominations available in the app. Making and delivery charges are shown before you confirm.
- Delivery is available to serviceable PIN codes in India only, to the address in your KYC-verified profile.
- Once confirmed, a delivery request cannot be cancelled. Damaged, wrong or lost parcels are handled under our Refund Policy.
9.Prices, Fees & Taxes
- Prices include 3% GST on purchases, as applicable.
- Any other fees (such as making or delivery charges) are always shown before you confirm a transaction.
- You are responsible for declaring any capital gains on your holdings in your income tax return.
10.Storage & Custody
The gold and silver backing your holdings is stored in secure, insured vaults operated by our custody partner, MMTC-PAMP. Silvra does not store physical metal itself. Your holdings are allocated to you and recorded against your account.
11.Risks & No Investment Advice
- Gold and silver prices can go down as well as up. Past performance is not a guide to future returns.
- Silvra does not guarantee returns and nothing on the Platform is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
- Please consider your own financial situation before investing.
12.Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Provide false information or use another person’s identity, PAN or bank account
- Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any illegal purpose
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape or disrupt the Platform
- Exploit pricing errors or technical glitches
13.Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or close an account if these Terms are broken, if required by law or a government authority, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. Where the law allows, we will tell you why. Your genuine holdings remain yours and can be sold or delivered once any legal hold is lifted.
14.Closing & Deleting Your Account
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app, or by emailing support@silvras.com.
- Before deletion, please sell or request delivery of all holdings and withdraw any balance.
- We keep KYC and transaction records for the period required by law, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
15.Third-Party Services
Payments are processed by Razorpay, Surepass handles KYC verification, MMTC-PAMP provides custody, and Sequel handles secure delivery. Their services are also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or errors caused solely by third parties, but we will help you resolve them.
16.Intellectual Property
The Silvra name, logo, app, website, designs and content belong to Silvra. You may use the Platform for your personal use only and may not copy or reuse any part of it without our written permission.
17.Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Silvra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by market price movements, your own actions, or events beyond our reasonable control (such as network failures or natural disasters). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
18.Indemnity
You agree to compensate Silvra for losses we suffer because you broke these Terms, gave false information or misused the Platform.
19.App Store & Google Play
- These Terms are between you and Silvra only — not Apple or Google. Silvra alone is responsible for the app and its content.
- Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app.
- Any claims about the app (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property) are to be directed to Silvra.
- Your use of the app must also follow the App Store or Google Play terms of service. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
20.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For important changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can close your account before the changes apply.
21.Governing Law & Disputes
